Lol, true about the beer, haha.

I have had many clients like this myself when I used to be in IT, the part that really made me laugh was the users comment “I refuse to use my trackpad”, sounds like so many of my old clients.
Glad I got out of that industry to be honest.

PS: I was laughing the other day, signing up for more life insurance and the guy asked, how many beers do you drink per week, it was multiple choice,
A: 1-3
B: 4-6
C: ______

I chose A, but wondered what number Teo would have had to enter.

I once received two interesting tickets:

  1. My computer does a tick sound like a bomb in a James Bond movie.
  2. We asked for a screenshot and the user scanned the laptop screen.

As noted, that's not me as beer is not involved and also i've been doing this for the last few days on my phone, from a hammock next to the beach, with a beer in the other hand :slight_smile:

We had a person that was convinced we were a different company and that they owed us money. Called us for days. My colleague eventually had enough and asked if the person was near a computer. Instructed them to navigate to our website. Then had them hold the payment check up to the monitor. “Thank you, we have received your payment”. Problem solved.

In beautiful Bulgaria - Varna? I visited Plovdiv, the rose valley, the Botev Peak, the Arch of Freedom in the Central Balkan National Park, Gara Lakatnik where I tasted some amazing aronia wine :stuck_out_tongue: Bulgaria makes the world's best aronia juice, yet few know it...
But looks like Bulgaria hosts the world's best remote tech support too :wink:

This campsite is actually 200 kilometers south of Varna :slight_smile: still very beautiful - one of the few "wild" places left on the seaside, with no huge hotels and bars/discos.

You've visited some quite nice places in Bulgaria, even i haven't been to Botev peak and the Raysko Praskalo waterfall yet :slight_smile:
