Can't believe its been 5 years since I joined the community. Had been using Wappler about 6 months prior using @nshkrsh's account (my brother and business partner). Post the 6 month experiment, decided to purchase another license as we both had started working on it.
Its been a great journey overall. Our business has grown over the years as well and we now have 10+ licenses.
Wappler has helped us build apps much faster than other native ways that I had known prior.
The 6 years that Wappler has existed for, rapid feature releases until version 5 were great.
Version 5 and 6 had few major feature releases and more stability (as far as I can recall), which has been great!
For the next 5 years would like to see the product mature even more and leverage AI to make low code development even faster.
For beginners: simpler docs, UX and concepts around building an app - from creation to hosting.
For others: productivity boost (shortcuts, multi-window, keyboard navigation), better/faster support other than community (can be paid add-on) and native team features.
We are always looking for Wappler alternatives - and haven't found any so far.
P.S. Special requests:
Kill the bubble-design view in SA.
Bring back option to edit bindings in properties panel (could be a toggle in settings) - as it used to be.
I still use tree view, I tried the new fangled version but just couldn't get used to it - it takes up way too much screen real estate for my liking, I was spending too much time zooming in and out.

all great ideas again, make sure you keep on delivering those and make them more detailed in feature requests. Specially for the booming, rapidly changing AI there are so many possibilities, we really like to narrow those down to really useful feature that the Wappler users can enjoy and help them bring their work to the next level.
So thank you too and keep the ideas and feedback coming, this is what makes Wappler great - it is build upon the wishes of its users and powered by our great community here.
Yes. But new tutorials from Teodor and some newbie users are using the new view.
Not only its adding to the already outdate screenshots in docs - but it also causes problem when helping people out in community as majority of users I see are still on the original tree-view. Not sure if the team is capturing any stats on usage of this new view.
