Just want to confirm that you can run both stable and beta version and switch back and forth without issue or messing up a site?
They install along side each other?

Yes you can replace them as you wish. Nothing will break.
You do have to install the one you desire and replace the other one, can’t have them both installed together.

Oh, thats not good news. Will we have to reset up up all our projects each time we change?
No - as I said you don’t have to do anything - everything is retained, you just install the beta as you wish - or if you want to go back - install the previous stable after that
