Visual UI designer in Wappler is under rapid-development (Wappler itself is updated every week). But a lot behind Webflow.
You will have to learn technical terms if you want to use back-end stuff. There is no non-techy way for this. 
Wappler’s visual back-end tools are AMAZING 
& don’t require too deep technical know-how, but you can’t escape coding.
And BTW, we have cancelled our webflow subscription. Wappler all the way, baby!
