In my opinion there are two distinct issues:

  1. WCAG validation tools need to be able to work with dynamic websites, as there are lots of front-end frameworks in the style of "Single Page Application". From a quick search, I believe the WAVE browser extension could work, but it's not a standalone tool, I'm guessing you need a standalone tool?

  2. Wappler needs to enhance accessibility to screen readers. I raised this point before, but no one really talked about it:
    2.1 ARIA awareness when using Wappler's front-end stuff

Edit: I do agree server-side rendering should be enhanced within Wappler
