Wappler 4: SC Tabbed View Request

I have been trying to get used to the Tabbed View for server connect. I don’t hate it. But I have one small request.

When a tab is selected can it show the full path to the file. Maybe even in a tooltip if it has to be?

The reason for this is that I can have several actions in different folders with the same name (‘addInstance’ for example). If I have two or more of them open for comparison for example it is now impossible to know which one you are working with and I see some possible unintentional disasters happening.

I opened a FR to improve this. Please check if that solution would help with the problem you explain.

QoL: Add parent folder name to UI tab

When working with files with the same name you need to double check by hovering on top of the tab the complete path to make sure you don’t mess up. Even if this is enough it’s not UX friendly as you need to move the mouse, hover, wait and remember. And when in doubt repeat the procedure. [image] [image] VCS solves this UX issue by moving up the folders until it finds a folder that is called different and showing an excerpt of the path. I didn’t know there was already tooltips there. Guess I just didn’t hover long enough. As your FR says, it can be improved.
