How far did you get with this Antony? I'm starting to look at it - AWS actually has it's own OTT services for live streaming. Looks very possible to process with their MediaStore to break into chunks and then stream that with the appropriate file-type via a AWS CDN. Just looking into NPM packages right now for a user to record from their webcam.
