Trying to get a side nav sticky beneath top sticky menu plus full height

Not sure if the below link will cover your needs, but there's been a few threads about having the sidebar nav menu.

If you search for bootstrap sidebar nav/menu you'll get a few different ways of doing it.

I did mine a slightly different way as well but I don't also have a stick topnav, but I'm sure it's easy enough as they mainly all use margin adjustments to do the offset you talk about.
