No, probably you have saved your server action and it copied the new files over.
I try to explain the Tooltip error better. I have a button that has dynamic attributes and dynamic events. After the last update to 2.1.1, dynamic events no longer work. If I remove the dynamic attributes then dynamic events work fine. @Teodor
