SSI File Error - Uncaught TypeError

I created a page with a navbar and moved the navbar container to an include file. The file renders fine on this document with the include statement but when I try to edit the newly created include file it doesn’t display anything in design view. I can see the components in app structure but nothing in the design area. Two errors appear on the include file (attached jpg). I think this was working before the last 2 updates.

Also, I am not intentionally using a favicon so I am not sure where that error is coming from.

Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

seems to me that jQuery is probably missing on the page, it is required for bootstrap
