Server Actions Comment is returning "Invalid action" error

Hello,

Has anyone encountered this issue when using ASP.NET as the server model?
I was trying to put a comment inside Server Action Step but it returns an error in the browser:

I have put the comment as:

I have tried it in other Server Actions, I keep on getting the same error “Invalid Action”.
