As I am going through the documentation, am always receiving an Upload Failed message. Any reasoning as to why or what action is causing?
Sorry, not sure that I understand the problem. Which documentation are you going through and what are the circumstances that you receive the error message?

I am going to start over by uninstalling Wappler. I am following the documentation:
When you have Wappler up and running, start by creating a new project as per Creating a New Local Project.
Then have a look at the tutorial https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLUjqTJN3byC9kK8YZkmGwjo9nrEipl2yb to start experimenting.
I find that learning by example is the easiest way to learn a new product. Any problems can soon be solved by going to https://community.wappler.io/c/docs or by coming here to the forum.
@ben, THANK YOU! Am determined to become an expert with Wappler before the end of this year.
Shall follow your instructions and review Wappler instructional data over and over and over.
With any supplemental knowledge necessary from Udemy and Lynda.com, shall succeed.
