Remove colons from labels

There are 4 colons to be removed from labels for consistency.

Name, Type, and Connection labels don’t have colons.
Secret Key label has a colon.

All labels under Cookie Options have colons.

Good catch - I think we need good clean up of colons in the UI labels to be uniform indeed
