Project Folder -> default view

I currently don’t know what the use of “Pages” should be, but please set “Files” back to default select.

I have to switch it form “Pages” to “Files” all the time …

Or at least a setting in the Wappler options to set a preference.

However, having played with the templating system on a node test project I see the value of the pages view.

This is getting really annoying. I have to switch a lot between projects all day long and now I have to reset to “files” all the time. This make using Wappler a pain.

I don’t use NodeJS, probalby most people won’t, there is no reason to set this default unless the project uses NodeJS.

I never use Pages view, but nor do I ever see it. What seems to have changed - and which is certainly annoying - is that when you switch projects, the left-hand panel closes. Previously, not only would it remain open, but it would ‘remember’ which panel was displayed on the previous project.

Now I have to reopen the left hand panel whenever I switch projects. Almost always, I want the Files panel displayed which I do this using Alt+F. I don’t see the Pages panel.

There is a feature request here if you haven’t already voted for it.

Thanks max_gb, didn’t know

And while not a fix, Alt-F is the shortcut to open the files view quickly…
