If we’ve seemed a little quieter than usual or slower to reply recently, it’s because we’ve been busy working on Wappler 8. But that’s not all we’ve been up to.
Behind the scenes, we’ve also been working on a brand-new Wappler website, and we’re excited to announce that it’s now live!
The site has been redesigned to offer a cleaner, faster, and more accessible experience, with improved navigation and a clearer overview of everything Wappler has to offer.
We’ve also been busy improving the Wappler Docs website. It now has a refreshed design and clearer structure, making it easier to find guides, explore Wappler features, and get the information you need.
We’re very actively working on V8 at the moment, so the team is quite busy with development. Hope to share more news about the progress in the coming weeks.
Updating the website and docs won’t be an issue as we have a fairly automated process for producing and maintaining the documentation, so we’ll be able to update everything quickly when needed.
In the meantime, V7 is the current stable version and is what you can rely on for your daily work. We also continue to maintain it and release updates when bugs or other issues are found.
Wappler 8 hasn't even hit Beta yet. I would say we are a long way off for this major release. I am glad the team is doing their due diligence on Wappler 8 and not rushing it. It will be a completely new product.
I was part of the Early Adopters that were in on the original Wappler beta and that version was in beta for almost a year if I remember. That's not to say we are a year away from Wappler 8, just saying it is going to be awhile before it is in full release.
