To work perfectly, Nodejs with Windows and Plesk server, it is absolutely necessary that the files and folders present in the "/Public" directory also copied in directory root

I finally managed to fix the web.config.
Now apparently everything works
When I upload the project on the remote server, the contents of the "Public" directory is also saved in the "HTTPDOCS" Root Directory
In this way Nodejs works properly without problems on shared Hosting server Windows
