Well not really, the uploads folder should be really ignored on ftp publish.
Maybe there is something else going wrong.
I also don’t see the publish start and ftp in the debug log…
Delighted to report I have got to the bottom of this problem.
Problem arose from the data in the uploads folder, not Wappler
There was a directory named "ALS."
Sure you aware of the issues with dots at the end of directly names in Windows
Renamed folder and publish seems to work as it should

But is that he upload folder now ignored or not?
I reintroduced the offending file and Beta 13 now seems to ignore the folder now when doing the Fetch Files stage.
Also, file list indicates FTP is excluding the files for upload as specified in project settings so i guess all is working as it should now.
