Where did you download from? Those do not look like legit wappler files.
This looks like a classic Norton false positive, I’m seeing similar behaviour with Avast. Their heuristics often flag compressed or minified files, especially in Electron‑based apps. Unless multiple independent scanners confirm an issue, this is almost certainly just Norton being overly cautious.
