Global push notifications will be sent to all users, but only those users will receive it who have allowed it in their PWAs. This can be checked under Push Status for each user on the Progressier's connected devices dashboard.

Individual push notifications can be more specific and tailored to individual users. E.g. upcoming subscription expiry status

Can the same result not be achieved by using Wappler sockets..?

Socket as a substitution for Push? You need to be connected for the socket to work, where’s push sends information regardless whether you have application or website open
