I have no idea, i think i just renamed a file and voila. 
So when you will fix that? This problem is really annoying
To be fair, you haven’t provided a whole lot of information. Does the page show in browser? Is there any errors? Have you tried recreating the file? Is that an included file (seems to be missing some code)? Is it just the one file or all files?
