Maybe I don’t understand what you are trying to do but can’t you just download from Google Drive and save it locally as you wish?

Maybe a little more info on what exactly you are trying to do.

I would like with serverconnect to recover this file in order to save it on my server

This might help you. You can retrieve any file using a url and save it to your local environment. You can also use it to determine the mine type based on the comment, not just the extension.
