======== TEMPLATE BUG FORM ========

Wappler Version : v3.8.1
Operating System : Windows 10 64b
Server Model: NodeJS
Database Type: PostGres
Hosting Type: Heroku

Expected behavior

What do you think should happen?

Deploy button should commit changes to Heroku

Actual behavior

What actually happens?

When the button ‘Commit Changes’ is pressed, Wappler Crashes and does no further action.

The database is successfully connected, but I am struggling with Server Actions (which I would like to troubleshoot after deploying - which is causing the issue right now). I have followed the Heroku deployment doc.

How to reproduce

  • Detail a step by step guide to reproduce the issue
  • A screenshot or short video indicating the problem
  • A copy of your code would help. Include: JS, HTML.
  • Test your steps on a clean page to see if you still have an issue

Open Wappler Project, click Deploy, Enter details, Commit changes

Hi,

Just wondering whether this is being looked at? Possibly it’s something I’m doing incorrectly?

Thanks,
Jonathan

Seems to me like you are having an issue with our native git integration.

Are you able to use git on other Wappler projects?

Anyway try a full reinstall of the latest Wappler, see if that helps.

Hi George,

I’m fairly new to Wappler so just trying to get used to it all really.

I’ve done a fresh install but that doesn’t appear to have solved the crashing. I pulled up Task Manager while deploying and it looks like my GPU usage hits 100% then crashes… Possibly this is the reason? Not sure how intensive the GPU usage is when deploying? - I’ve not got a great GPU.

Thanks

Make sure you are on the latest windows 10 and have the latest video drivers.

@George

Thanks - I’ve double checked and everything is up to date. However, I notice that I’m actually on Win8… not Win10. Will this cause issues?

Yes that is probably the issue - please update to windows 10
