Flow Adding Extra Quote On Save (JS Step Only?)

Expected behavior

When adding dynamic expressions in Flow, it should be editable afterwards.

Actual behavior

After save, the flow code contains an extra single quote - out of nowhere - making the flow un-editable.

How to reproduce

Created an inline flow on success of a server connect. It was working fine with dynamic bindings in place until I added a Javascript Step with dynamic param.

1. Added JS step.
   
2. Code after saving.
   
3. Un-editable inline flow.

Was about to report this bug but saw that this post already exists.
It’s small but an annoying extra step…

So bumping this in the hopes it can get fixed soon.
