File Exists 7b18 doesn't allow folder path selection

Expected behavior

Inside the the "If File Exists" action user should be prompted with a "Select Folder" function.

Actual behavior

Open button provided not Select

How to reproduce

1. Create new API
2. Add "If File Exists" action
3. Click on blue folder inside File Path field.
4. File explorer dialogue box displays with "Open" instead of "Select"

The dialogue expects you to select a file, when using the folder icon. It checks if a file exists, not if a folder exists.
