We would like to uninstall Wappler and install a fresh installation as there seems to be a fair amount of residual files associated with previous installations, but we don’t want to sacrifice all of our Project settings. Please can we suggest a feature to allow us to save/export Project settings so when we do this we can simply import these settings after the fresh installation?
Dave, you can use “open existing project” option in project manager and load your projects with all their settings

Is this still the case if I remove Wappler entirely Teodor? Preferably would really like to have an entirely fresh installation.
The settings are contained within the site, not the program files.

Yes, as Ben explained the project settings are contained in your project folder, in the .wappler folder.
