I have a very old database (MySQL) and after updating the server to 8.4 I was no longer able to add columns to my main table in Navicat or PHPMyAdmin. I would get an error relating to foreign keys. So after a long rabbit hole conversation (almost 20 requests) with ChatGPT we finally came up with a very easy fix.
Seems even ChatGPT surprised itself that it worked.
