It seems the userdetails.php cannot be found. What file is this? Most probably either not existing on the server or the path to it is wrong.

So how is it called on this page exactly?

On page load because I would use it to bind users details on page, but when I bind on a text nothing happens, this probably because he can find the usersdetails.php

Well, how is your server action included on the page?
Do you see 404 error in the browser dev tools? Where is it looking for the file if there are errors?
Is the file uploaded to the server?
