Can you zip/send me the whole .yml file in a personal message please?
I'm going to throw this out there. I think it is the Resource Manager somehow creating it when a Cloud Provider database is selected... That likes to default to 'db' as the connection. Like I said just a suggestion of the possible cause. We see db.json getting created in the modules/connections and targets database directories of multiple Projects despite never creating this connection.
EDIT:
This may stem from upon creating a new Project the database option is always ticked by default in the Development Target (and should not be). This explains why the Project works locally. Then when you add a Production Target and the database is not selected or ticked as a Cloud Provider is used that old 'db' connection is still somehow related to in some way, and as it does not exist on the Production Target, you get the error...
Also can you confirm you run this command exactly, when you edit and save the .yml file in the development folder and not simply trying to restart the server?
Teodor, my apologies in my sleep deprived, delerium i made a mistake in the deletion of that entry in the yml file.
It now works, hopefully I wont have any more weird file edits and additions.
Just to check I did restart Wappler and it still works, which is when some of these historical changes were happening. Thanks
Happy to hear it's fixed now. I'm still wondering where did these lines came from, i tried almost everything to break the docker/yml deployment but was unable to do so. If you notice when this happens please let us know.
Very odd thought id send you this
This is the mess that was created in an earlier version of the Project….no idea why and how but of course this created absolute chaos, hope this helps ![]()
Yes, that's very strange, first time i see such a thing happening. Probably some misconfiguration in the project settings or some copy/pasting files across projects. I really can't recreate this locally, so it's very hard to tell what caused it.
No this was captured before any of the alterations and or project copying was carried out . This was created during the history of the project which did not involve any direct editing to the .wappler folders or files .
Totally untouched by me or any other human/ai or other app. ![]()
However it might be useful for you to know I replicated the original project from git after changing my daily driver from PC to Mac silicon…
