SSH and API keys are entirely different things. No problem though. At least you checked if it was correct otherwise we could have ended up chasing our tails for a while...

Well long story short...
Whilst after a cursory glance everything looked ok, but not so...
Double checked everything created new keys, but keep getting
Consistent error:
root@129.22.125.23: Permission denied (publickey).
PC still ok tho..
This time all working by replacing keys but the biggest issue was the key has to be placed in the /root/.ssh/authorized_keys via the terminal
Happy you resolved it. Sorry was AFK for a few hours when you posted. Am sure this thread will help others in the future. Seems to come up every now and again.
