I believe that tutorial is only for repopulating your local database.

The option Wappler provides is "Database seeds", but that may not be the optimal solution for your needs.

I created a feature request for the ability to promote data during migration/publish. Please vote if this is what you need.

Add ability to promote/insert data during Publish

During development, specific tables are created for system actions (e.g., menu items, roles, and permissions), and data is added to facilitate those processes. The data will be needed when the changes are migrated to production. I want the ability to capture and insert these data as part of the promotion process.
