The preloader component automatically detects when the page is loading and displays the overlay. It does not need any dynamic attributes attached.
I removed the dynamic attribute and reuploaded it, you can still see the site before the pre-loader loads.
Could you take a look? I messaged you the link.
Test it again after removing Rocket Loader:

Should I use that or just turn it off inside Cloudflare?
I disabled rocket loader inside cloudflare, cleared cache, and enabled Development Mode
And it is still broken.
It looks pretty good to me.

This is working fine for me now too, looks like it was the rocket loader.

Yeah, I think it is good. Just needed to give it a min for the Cloudflare changes.

Glad we got there in the end but Iām kicking myself as I should have found that fasterā¦! Happy to help 
I have tried rocket loader in the cloudflare settings in the past and it degrades the web page speed performance instead of making it load faster.
