Code not added for on-load event for body tag

Wappler Version : 2.1.6
Operating System : Windows

Expected behavior

Entering Actions in the Properties panel for the body onLoad event, expect the code to reflect the same.

Actual behavior

The code for the body tag does not change

How to reproduce

  1. Create a new page.
  2. Choose App in App Structure
  3. Under Dynamic Events choose Load
  4. Enter the actions

Workaround

Copy the code and paste in the body tag.

Remark

After the workaround, the actions panel is practically useless.

Edit: Still in love with Wappler.

works all fine to me …

does your ‘session’ element exists? You can just paste non existing elements
how did you enter the actions - with the action picker? Or did you just copy them in the code first?

Hi George, hope you had a great break away from all of this.

I misled you when I said that the panel was empty, I have the session statements in a header SSI, not in the document itself. When I do put the statements back into the document, the panel is populated as per

So please forget about that part. Remains that the code is not added when the on-load event is activated.

Edit: By the way, the whole thing works like a charm.

yes currently we do not parse SSI files for App Connect pickers.
Will see if we can do something about this.

Yes - I’m back - all rested very well - ready to climb big mountains

This was implemented in recent Wappler updates
