Problem description

With this update it is not possible to view the Server Bindings Panel as it is hidden behind the QueryBuilder, making it impossible to select parameter, or format.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Server Connect
   Choose new file
   Rename file
   Set Globals - GET
   Select Connection
   Select Database Query
   Select Table and columns
   OPen Conditions
   Select columns
   Select parameter
   Next Screen Unusable as bottom hidden behind Query
