I can successfully add popovers to a link however the dynamic picker only opens a blank data bindings panel.
Do you have data bindings on the page?
If so please reproduce with logging on and attach the debug log file, see:
Hmmm, it’s on a SPA view. Shouldn’t it pick up the data bindings stuff from the parent page?
Update: Okay seems to work fine on a view that I have a serverconnect source on it. So this bug will only occur if you are adding the popover to a static link or element.
Actually now that I think of it, this is not really a bug. It is very unlikely that you would add dynamic content to a popover on a static page. At least I can’t think of a use case where the page would be static content and you would add dynamic popovers to it.
I think you can close this bug. Mark it down as user trying to do something that is totally not logical.
