Break/Condition steps display as "": null in Debug mode

Problem description

In Debug mode, the Break and Condition steps (possibly others) display as "":null in debug output.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Enable debug mode.
  2. In an API, add a Condition or Break step.
  3. Open in browser.
  4. See debug output.
