Bootstrap Source files update to v4.1.1

In keeping with Wappler 2.5.0, I have updated the Bootstrap source files to v4.1.1.

Just out of interest, and I have not tried this myself, but I assume pressing the publish button would publish the node_modules folder to the FTP server which you have already said not to allow.
To get around this issue and be able to use the publish button could the Wappler Options, FTP, Exclude pattern be adjusted to _notes, *.psd, node_modules or something similar.

I am only suggesting this for if you possibly do an updated video later, as this could be a more fool proof way of ensuring that folder is certainly not uploaded.

Thanks Ben, yeah that would be handy, i was a little concerned about just doing it incase the syntax was /node_modules/* or something similar, and I never thought to stop the gulpfile.js, so thats handy info indeed.
