Typically, if I’m going to make changes to any file, I’ll make a copy first: right-click the file in Wappler’s File Manager > Duplicate. I might make a series of changes, perhaps experimenting while trying to find a solution, and make a series of corresponding copies.
I can do this with App Connect files but not with Server Connect files. You can only make one copy of an API file; if you try to duplicate ‘testfile’ and there is already a ‘test_copy’:

Is there a particular reason for this?
Particulary where there might be changes made by AI (which can easily destroy a file), I find it more useful than ever to make copies as I go along.
Obviously, there are various ways round this, but I would find it a useful change.
