Allow duplication of Response action in workflows

It is only not available for end steps like “response” or “end” actions as there are no actions executed after those.

I appreciate Wappler not allowing me to do things that won't work.

Similarly with the discussion about not auto adding _copy after duplicating elements. I get the idea behind it, but in real life this has probably caused me hours of extra work accumulated over the years - just by removing _copy from variables.

If you need different functionality improved - please file a separate feature request with exact case and argumentation about it.

But do note that the _copy is only added to avoid having duplicated step names on the same level as this will cause errors and overwrite the output data. This is exactly the same as you copy and paste same file on windows explorer for example - the new file name is also made unique.

@George I think it's fairly common to overwrite a variable for example, _copy makes it a pain. I understand that this happens with files in Windows, but Wappler is not a file manager...

Anyway, this feature that we are not able to duplicate response steps anymore cost me several precious minutes + flow.

I know this is not true, but sometimes it feels almost like you guys ignore user feedback and actively think about some other improvements and end up breaking people's workflow - sometimes projects - without warning.

If you think that the issue is people having multiple response steps after each other, make a warning for that in the UI if I do that instead of restricting an unrelated action.

Sorry, rant over, Wappler is still amazing.

The terrible part about this is that it's really easy to add a Response action, or any other action, after a Response. Disabling the duplication is like locking the front door but leaving the windows open. It's easily bypassed.
