As discussed in a couple of threads, I would love to see the added options for JWT or Server-to-Server authentication for APIs.
Google is a prime example. They have a tonne of features and services available, but for some applications you want to essentially authorise your application and allow it to make API calls/requests without the user needing to authorise themselves or provide a google log-in etc.
With google, they call it a Service Account, and this is the ideal authentication option for many apps where you want to access a google API but don’t want the user to have to log-in to a google account etc.
