Add Close Button and Esc close to Elements modal

I’m still often bothered by the constantly opening Action section - there’s already not enough space on a small 14’’ monitor

I think it’s the same case:

UI bug, can't close left panel with apis files open

W11 Wappler 6.0.2 Stable chanel (no experimental features) Left panel don’t close but only when SC files are open. 20231209 Tried to attach a log file but is not generated.
